Test kit for charging stations

The Fluke FLK-FEV300/KIT DE Test Adapter Kit includes the FEV300/BASIC Test Adapter, the FEV300-CON-TY2 connector, the 1664 FC multi-function test kit, and a soft carrying case. This kit is designed to test the functionality and safety of Mode 3 AC charging stations. This adapter simulates an electric vehicle and activates the charging cycle (enables the voltage/current output), allowing you to test with appropriate test equipment such as an installation tester (e.g., Fluke 1664 FC) and/or an oscilloscope (e.g., Fluke 120B Series Industrial ScopeMeter®). The Fluke 1664 FC features test leads for safety measurements such as ground, insulation, loop/wire resistance, and RCD tripping.

The FEV300 adapter set can be used to test charging stations according to IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722. The FEV300/BASIC test adapter simulates the PE fault condition "F" (ground fault). It features a Proximity Pilot (PP) mode selector switch, CP signal output terminals for testing communication protocols, and a selector switch for Control Pilot (CP) mode. Finally, the FEV300/BASIC test adapter includes a PE pre-test to check for the presence of potentially dangerous touch voltages.
